Ingredients:
- 120 gr powder sugar
- 700 gr flour (normal or self-raising)
- 250gr unsalted butter (softened in room temperature)
- In a large bowl, mix the butter, sugar and flour.
- Blend well and knead the mixture 15-20 minutes.
- Take small pieces and shape them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes in the 170C oven or until lightly brown.
You can add semisweet chocolate chips, walnuts, vanilla, coconut or cocoa to try different tastes.
